In Opet, which is contingent upon Koç Holding Energy Group, from bottom to the top, the right strategies and goals are shared with all of the personnel's participation and as a result of Strategic Planning works that are done, from the top to the bottom, from the affirmed Company Objective Card to individuals, objective distribution is provided. With the performance parameters which are watched throughout the year, the ratio of objectives' actualization is watched and according to the objectives that are reduced to individuals, the year-end evaluations of our personnel's performance is made.

As a result of performance evaluations, the future wages of our personnel are determined and they are used as data in the development of plans and determination of their potentials.
