While evaluating the applicants' suitability for the job on competence and technical basis, some or all of the following evaluation tools are used according to the position's qualifications. Human Resources Department and related business units have the necessary interviews with these applicants.

  • Qualification Based Interviews
  • Personality Inventories
  • Cognitive Ability Tests
  • Evaluation Center - Applicants' qualifications are observed and evaluated according to their team/personal work exercises on the case studies that are given to them. 

As a result of all these evaluations, appropriate applicants for the job are offered a job by the company and they start working.
