OPET Perfection Ambassadors are OPET customers who observe and inspect from the perspective of customers without introducing themselves when they go to our stations to buy fuel. OPET Perfection Ambassadors share their impressions of their shopping at our stations with the OPET headquarters with this system based on volunteerism.

We attach importance to the evaluation of our stations in every subject. It is very important that you act without saying or hinting that you are an OPET Perfection Ambassador during these evaluations. During your visits, you evaluate the compliance of the station with OPET Service Standards, and share with us the problems and good practices you may encounter. And we take precautions by contacting the relevant people as soon as possible so that the feedback from you doesn't cause any more problems and troubles.
