OPET with its Employee Loyalty Program was presented three 'Golden Awards' by Stevies for Great Employers’ta (SAGE) that reward best human resources practices and solutions all around the world besides the 'Silver Award' from Stevie International Business Awards (IBA). Based on the human resouces projects OPET initiated during the pandemics, the company was granted the 'Bronze Award' at CEO World Awards in “Team of the Year” category. 

The most reputable brand of the fuel oil distribution sector, OPET is appreciated by international corporations due to the importance it attaches to employee loyalty and experience, and its best practices in this field. OPET won the first place in Stevie Awards for Great Employers, which is one of the 8 prizes of Stevie Awards, in three categories. OPET was granted the 'Golden Award' prize in various categories such as "Employee Loyalty Program", "Success in Employee Loyalty", "Success in Employee Relations" and "Success in Human Resources Management" by Stevies for Great Employers (SAGE) that focuses on Human Resources and Education/Development and rewards world examples in human resources applications and solutions. OPET was the only company that was awarded in the “Success in Employee Relations” category. Besides, OPET's "Employee Engagement" program won the Silver Award in the "Success in Human Resources Management" category at the Stevie International Business Awards (IBA) which is the world's prominent business awards program. OPET was granted the Bronze Award in "Team of the Year" category for its quick and effective decisions during the pandemics and human resources efforts focusing on the heatlh of employyes by the CEO World Awards that celebrates the leaders and management teams who are in the background of the most prominent initiatives. OPET was awarded the "Best Business Award" by the world's leading human resources and management consultancy company Kincentric's Best Employers program last month as it was the only fuel oil distribution firm in a list of 32 companies. OPET's General Manager Cüneyt Ağca made an assessment on these awards making an emphasis to the contribution of good teams and strong professionals who are the best in their jobs in generating implementations that make a difference in the fuel oil distribution sector. More Than 700 Applications From 23 Countries

More than 700 applicants from 23 countries competed in the Stevies for Great Employers (SAGE) award program, which is organized for the 5th time this year. In this program where more than 90 professionals from different specialties around the world acted as the jury, this year Turkey was again the country receiving the highest number of awards following the United States of America. OPET was among the leading companies according to the total score of awards granted. Stevie International Business Awards is one of the most prestigious organizations that has been active since 2002 that evaluate thousands of projects in more than 30 countries. This competition that recruits different jury members every year from world renown and outstanding professionals evaluates these projects. The CEO World Awards, the 8th of which was organized this year, is a reputed award program that honors the leaders and management teams who are in the background of rewarding initiatives.
