As the innovative and pioneer organization in fuel sector, OPET's new social responsibility project, "Women's Power", which has been started towards "woman employment" as one of the most essential subjects in Turkey's agenda, is in steady progress. Having reviewed the human resources processes in its stations within the scope of the project which has been prepared towards increasing woman employment in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, OPET aims to employ at least two women in every station.
