5. Opet Card Lottery Campaign
10.000 TL gas points to 25 people, a total of 500.000 TL gas points
This campaign will be run by Opet Petrolcülük A.Ş. between the dates 22.11.2018(00:01) - 31.12.2018(23:59) as per the permission of the Directorate General of the National Lottery Administration dated 31.10.2018 and numbered 58259698-255.01.02-E.10844. Those with Activated Opet Cards who purchase gasoline/diesel oil that’s worth 125 Turkish Liras and its multiples at a time (one right for lottery for each 125 TL) at all of the Opet gas stations throughout Turkey between the campaign dates will be eligible for lottery. Keeping the card membership details up-to-date, accurate, sufficient and proof of the details are the participants’ responsibility. Only the owners with activated Opet Cards are eligible for the campaign. The Opet Card owners without their name, last name and phone number details will not be entitled to the lottery. With the lottery, the Gas Point prize to be won will be 10.000 TL for 25 people; 5.000 TL for 25 people; 2.500 TL for 25 people and 1.250 TL for 50 people. The lottery will take place on 15.01.2019 at 11.00 at the conference hall at the address of Yeni Markera Çekiliş Org. and Pro. Hiz. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Kuştepe Mah. Mesut Cemil Sok. No: 30/1 Şişli/Istanbul before a notary with the participation of anyone who wishes. The lucky winners will be announced via the Evening Paper Turkey edition dated 18.01.2019. The real and backup winners will be notified via registered post. Opet Petrolcülük A.Ş cannot be held responsible for delays at the post. Once the real winners by 02.02.2019 and the backup winners by 17.02.2019 at the latest refer with their IDs to Yeni Markera Çekiliş Org. and Pro. Hiz. Tic. Ltd. Şti. for the delivery of the prize, they will be eligible to receive their prizes. Winners who do not refer with their IDs until those dates cannot receive their prizes. The gas prizes will be deposited as gas points to winners’ Opet cards that are registered on the system and they will be used by OPET through the winners’ cards or their cellphone numbers that match with their cards (on the system called “cepten tanıma - cellphone recognition”) after they purchase gas (gasoline or diesel oil) at the Opet gas stations. The expiration date of the gas prizes is 11.11.2019. Opet World Cards are not included in the campaign. Purchases made with Credit Card points, Opet Card points and/or gift cards are not included in the campaign. The Employees of Opet Petrolcülük A.Ş. and Yeni Markera Çekiliş Org. Ve Pro. Hiz. Tic. Ltd. Şti., minors and Legal Entities cannot participate in this lottery; and even if they do, they are not given prizes. Should the address details are missing or unknown when a winner wins a prize, the announcement made on the paper will suffice as a notice. The prizes won cannot be transferred or converted into cash or property. One person cannot win more than one prize. All taxes and legal reliabilities regarding the prize except for VAT and SCT are borne by the winners. Anyone who joins the lottery is considered to have agreed to the abovementioned conditions.
